Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be picked up by 8:00 pm the same day. and delivered by 8:00 pm the next day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be picked up the next day and delivered by 8:00 pm the following day.

Important:

It is our goal to make sure you receive your laundry back fresh, clean and as quickly as possible. Your complete satisfaction is our goal!

  1. It is important for you to check and empty all pockets. Fresh Idea is not responsible for damage to clothing caused by items left in pockets.

  2. Any items that need to be pre-treated, should be placed in a separate bag and a note should be added to your special instructions.

  3. A payment link will be sent to you once your laundry has been weighed and is ready to be delivered. Payment is expected upon receipt.

  4. Any laundry that is deemed hazardous or unsanitary will be returned unwashed.

  5. We will send a text message with an approximate pick up time once we receive your order. Our staff will also text when they are on the way. Please have your laundry on your front porch (unless otherwise stated in your special instructions) and ready for pickup. Please note that for safety reasons, our staff can not enter your home or go behind the house or gates to pick up orders.

  6. There is a minimum order charge of $25.00.
